US Asylum Cases to be Fast-Tracked

A few disturbing aspects of these executive procedures should be known by Americans. First and foremost, this is only to deal with immigrants crossing the US/Mexico border. Any Afghani or Ukrainian refugees still must go through a lengthy process; Central and South American immigrants do not. Secondly, judges are elected to their posts, whereas asylum officers are just hired. Thirdly, you probably don't have to guess who's hiring these officers or what sort of politics they hold. They're almost all pro-immigration activists, with many of them outright calling for open borders.
This has been coming for a while. Last year, the Biden administration claimed that it would need to hire over 800 more employees (asylum officers) to keep up with the case load. Yes, you are reading that correctly: The Biden administration hires these employees, and now the Biden administration is allowing the employees they have personally hired to dictate whether or not someone's case to stay in America is valid.
Representative Government, the Myth
There have been a lot of different studies conducted, primarily at the university level because they do not depend on government funding, and these studies find that America's politicians never act in the interests of Americans. Why there aren't countless perpetual protests over this fact is anyone's guess, but it's clear that politicians do not act on behalf of the people who supposedly elect them. Instead, they're acting on behalf of corporations, primarily, followed closely by their own interests.
In the same bill that politicians and the media were telling you was so important to ensure that Ukraine got life-saving funding to aid in their safety while Russia was invading them, Congress shoved in a 21% pay raise for their own salaries. Of course, they did not tell you this part on the news. For whatever reasons, this current government does not want judges handling immigrant cases but instead wants to operate as a business and decide whether or not someone can stay. No American voted for this. No American was asked if this was okay. The government just did it.
Party Parity
The issue of immigration isn't even really a partisan one, although the corporate media would have you believe that Republicans and Democrats are all but reenacting Julius Caesar at the Curia of Pompey over the issue. The cold, hard truth is that the only difference between the parties' stances on immigration is that Republicans want the technicality of it being legal, while Democrats don't care. Well, it is now legal. As Joe Biden's hand-picked federal employees start to give every single immigrant permanent status, the Republicans will be entirely satisfied that this is legal.
The implications here are that the border will remain open, and many more will flood into the nation, and potentially Biden's federal employees will grant them asylum instead of individual asylum seekers needing to make a case.
Corporate Control
Once you cut through all the political slogans and all of the posturing on astro-turfed social media and in the news media, you will find who is lobbying the hardest for foreign immigration from Central and South America. It is Amazon, Walmart, and other huge corporations that demand immigrant labor. Why? Immigrants do not demand higher wages, and they do not unionize. The low wages paid to them by American corporations are vastly higher than what they're used to making, plus it's all coupled with welfare from America in many cases. This is just how America works. For all its tough talk about child labor and low wages, China still makes most of America's products. The point: Corporations run the country.
This new measure by the Biden admin will not go into effect for 60 days. Once that time period is over, however, expect to see immigration levels increase and absolutely zero news stories about it.
